Our Journey
Started 2022 in Patiala. Today we're in 7 cities and counting.
Punjabi food at scale was broken - scattered street vendors, no hygiene baseline, no consistency, no operating model. So we built one. Three years of R&D, one proprietary commissary, 50+ engineered SKUs, and the first chef-less Punjabi QSR system in the country.
